Dr. David W. Bertrand is an award-winning scholar, professor, and leadership coach with more than two decades of blended experience in human development, high-performance coaching, and education. He was recently awarded the 1st place prize at Harvard’s annual conference of The Institute of Coaching, largely regarded as the premiere global gathering of thought leaders concerning the nexus of executive coaching and leadership development.

David proudly partners with SMU’s Cox School of Business Executive Education, Executive Coaching Connections / Ariel Group, and the Stagen Leadership Academy to deliver various organizational and leadership development programs and coaching services. His most requested topics to present are elite team effectiveness, transformational leadership, self-awareness and personal growth, and accountability.
