Everett Hill, Partner

After a career as an operator in consumer packaged goods, Everett turned to helping CEOs transform their businesses as a private equity Operating Partner and independent consultant. Along the way he spent meaningful time in full-time turnaround CEO, COO, and CSO roles. His industry experience includes office-based healthcare and business services in addition to CPG.

Working with and for ICV Partners for more than a decade, Everett delivered EBITDA impact to more than a dozen companies across Funds II, III, IV, and V. He worked closely with CEOs and their leadership teams from diligence through exit, helping them scale by simultaneously leveling up their execution and their strategic focus. In addition to learning the businesses at street level, his most powerful tools were his accountability-based executive coaching and value creation processes.

When collaborating with leadership teams, Everett leverages his personal experience driving EBITDA growth by helping them align to the mission, install effective metrics and management routines, and streamline business processes by applying technology solutions.

Everett is a veteran of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Rohm & Haas, and DuPont whose first career was in sales for manufacturers of technology-based industrial products. In his corporate career he was fortunate to have led enterprise-wide transformational change initiatives across a 60,000-person, $16 billion business in addition to earning significant P&L experience. As an operator he has been responsible for rebuilding and optimizing healthcare service delivery, field sales, key account sales, call centers, technical service networks, back-office operations, and DSD routes to market.

Everett’s accomplishments include:

• Delivered a 25% increase in hygienist productivity, 10% increase in dentist productivity, and a 3% negotiated rate increase on insurance reimbursements during a one-year interim CEO role at a 30-office dental practice across four states.

• Grew the EBITDA of the largest interventional pain practice in Georgia by more than 6% during a 10-month interim COO role.

• Closely supported the CEO of a marine logistics portfolio company who tripled his EBITDA in five years, resulting in a successful exit.

• Carved $80M out of the US P&L of Coca-Cola Enterprises by driving technology innovation across sales, delivery, and technical service operations

Everett served several years in governance for the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta, which has awarded over one hundred Social Enterprise scholarships to community non-profit leaders. He remains an active distance runner, having recently completed the six World Marathon Majors.
