Kelly Scherer is an experienced and strategic leadership assessment specialist and coach, with a proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives. Her advisory expertise spans diverse sectors, including financial services, manufacturing/industrial, and healthcare, where she provides invaluable guidance in talent selection, development, and succession planning. A significant portion of her current work involves collaborating directly with private equity firms. In this capacity, she plays a critical role in enhancing the talent and development of leaders within their portfolio companies, meticulously aligning these efforts with the private equity firm’s overarching strategic objectives to drive enterprise-wide success.

Her experience also extends to significant M&A work within the healthcare sector, where she provided crucial support to clients in making strategic talent-related decisions during periods of organizational transition. Earlier in her career, she served as a consultant at Vantage Leadership Consulting, where she consistently delivered effective assessment and coaching solutions to leaders across a broad spectrum of industries. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family and friends.
