Kristin Van Ausdal comes to Leadership Delta Partners with a track record of helping organizations build strategic talent programs that drive business performance. A trusted C-suite advisor, Kristin specializes in top team effectiveness, leadership assessment, executive coaching, and talent strategy, ensuring organizations attract, develop, and retain high-impact leaders.

As a Principal at ghSMART, Kristin consulted with Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses, providing data-driven insights to optimize leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and organizational alignment. She partnered closely with senior executives to assess leadership fit, enhance team dynamics, and drive transformational change. Prior to ghSMART, Kristin spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she led global talent initiatives and designed and implemented leadership development strategies that improved global retention, integrated highly technical workforces, and drove business growth. She also served the public sector defense and security practice on organizational design and development topics.

Kristin began her career as a professional violinist, performing with world-class symphonies such as the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and The Cleveland Orchestra. She holds a Master of Public Policy and multiple degrees in Violin Performance from the University of Michigan. Based in Chicago, Kristin enjoys eating but not cooking, summers and winters and everything in between, and all things related to her dogs Chibi and Jiro.
